Shipping

Standard and expedited shipping, and any free-shipping threshold, are published once NORBU supplies the rates.

Returns

A straightforward return experience is planned. The return window and condition requirements are published once NORBU approves the policy.

Order tracking

Order confirmations carry the order number, items, shipping destination and shipping method. Tracking appears once the fulfillment provider is connected.
