Shipping & Returns

Shipping rates, return windows and tracking are confirmed before the Collection opens for orders.

Shipping

Standard and expedited shipping options, and any free-shipping threshold, are published with the rates.

Returns

A straightforward return experience: the return window and condition requirements are published with the policy.

Order tracking

Order confirmations carry the order number, items, shipping destination and shipping method, with tracking once an order ships.
