Traditional fitting evaluates the equipment available to physically test; TruePath starts with your game and evaluates a far larger equipment universe analytically.
Two different starting points
A traditional fitting starts with inventory. A fitter assembles head and shaft combinations that are physically present, you hit them, results are compared, and you choose from what was tested. Done well by a skilled fitter, this is a highly effective process — the feedback is real and immediate.
TruePath starts with the golfer. Your swing characteristics, ball flight, distances, current bag, misses and goals — plus launch monitor data when you have it — become your TruePath DNA™. The TruePath Fitting Engine™ then evaluates equipment against that profile rather than against what happens to be on a rack.
Why the difference matters
Every fitting bay has a boundary. The number of heads, shafts, lengths, lofts, lie angles and grips that can physically exist in one room is finite, and the combinations you can hit in one session are smaller still.
